How to request a refund

First, gather the following:

• A copy of your product receipt from regardingyourgut.com. Refunds cannot be issued without a valid original receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing and for funds to be credited to your original form of payment. The refunded amount covers the item's purchase price and does not include shipping.

• One refund request per customer.
• The guarantee is not valid on samples.
• Purchases made from retailers other than regardingyourgut.com (including Amazon and in-store retailers) are not covered and need to be processed by the retailer where purchased.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Proof of purchase must come from the product purchased by you. Reproduction, sale, trade, or purchase of this form or proof of purchase is prohibited.
• This guarantee is limited to the purchase price and excludes any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this may not apply to you.
